  • Appearance of the Vulcastrat: The Vulcastrat is a sturdy, natural looking pot with a rough, stone-like appearance. The pot has a dark, gray color and a slightly structured surface, giving it a robust appearance that fits well with a modern or industrial style.
  • Location: Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The Vulcastrat is ideal for placing large houseplants, garden plants or trees. Outside, the pot can be placed in a sunny or shady spot, while inside it looks beautiful in the living room, hallway or on the terrace.
  • Water drainage: The Vulcastrat is equipped with a water drainage system to drain excess water and thus prevent the roots of your plants from standing in water.
  • Shipping: We pack your products in a sturdy box, specially designed for (house)plants. The plants and potting soil are protected by a protective cover. The houseplants are secured in the box. This way, your plant is not only delivered fresh and healthy, but also undamaged.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

    What is your return policy?

    We do not accept returns for flowers and plants due to their perishable nature as outlined in EU consumer rights legislation. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. For other items, you can return them within 14 days of the invoice date, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of your return.
