Below you will find our return policy. Please note that this policy does not apply to flowers and plants, as we work with perishable, living products.
Flowers and Plants
Since flowers and plants are living products, they unfortunately cannot be returned in accordance with Article 16 of the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This law excludes the right of withdrawal for goods that are likely to spoil or age quickly, such as plants. However, we do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. If something has gone wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at [customer service email] with your order number, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Other Items Returns
Did you order something else, like a pot or basket, and it’s not quite what you expected? Don’t worry, you can return these items within 14 days of the invoice date. Follow the steps below to return your item:
- Pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging.
- Please include a note with your order number so we know who the return is from.

Returns Policy
- Items can only be returned within 14 days of the invoice date.
- The costs and risk of the return shipment are at your own expense.
- Please ensure that the items are undamaged and returned in the original packaging.
- We recommend that you send your return with a track & trace code, as we cannot investigate lost returns without proof of postage.
Once we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 working days.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If something went wrong during shipping or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order at customerservice@bloomado.eu, including your order number and a description of the problem. We will provide a quick solution.
Swap
It is not possible to exchange items. If you want a different variant, place a new order. Please note: if a discount code has been used that is no longer valid, it cannot be used again.
