1. Description

Appearance of the plant: The Calathea Makoyana, also known as Peperomia 'Makoyana', has striking leaves with a unique pattern. The leaves are oval in shape and have a deep green color with a light green, almost silvery vein pattern that gives the appearance of mimics a painting. The plant has a bushy growth habit and adds an elegant look to any room.

Location: This plant thrives best in a spot with bright, indirect sunlight. Indoors, the Calathea Makoyana can be placed in a bright spot, but out of direct sunlight to prevent burnt leaves. Outdoors, the plant appreciates a shady spot where it is protected against direct sunlight.

Water requirements: The Calathea Makoyana needs regular watering to keep the soil evenly moist. Allow the top layer of soil to dry out slightly between waterings. The plant is sensitive to water quality, so preferably use rainwater or distilled water. Avoid waterlogging by ensuring good drainage.

Shipping: We pack your products in a sturdy box, specially designed for (house)plants. The plants and potting soil are protected by a protective cover. The houseplants are secured in the box. This way, your plant is not only delivered fresh and healthy, but also undamaged.

    What is your return policy?

    We do not accept returns for flowers and plants due to their perishable nature as outlined in EU consumer rights legislation. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. For other items, you can return them within 14 days of the invoice date, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of your return.
