Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for flowers and plants due to their perishable nature as outlined in EU consumer rights legislation. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. For other items, you can return them within 14 days of the invoice date, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of your return.
