Appearance of the Alocasia:

Location:

• The Alocasia likes a light to semi-shaded location. The best results are achieved by placing the plant in a place where it receives indirect sunlight. Direct sunlight can burn the leaves. This plant is ideal for indoors, where it is warm and humid. The Alocasia can also grow outdoors, but only in warm climates.

Water requirement:

• The Alocasia has a high water requirement and likes a well-drained soil that remains moist. The plant should be watered regularly, especially during the growing season in spring and summer. Make sure that the soil does not dry out, but also avoid allowing the plant to stand in water, as this can lead to root rot.
